Roller Chain Conveyors with Flexible Configuration

This Roller Chain conveyor is the newest solution in the Glide-Line product line. It’s a great conveyor solution because it allows us to move heavier capacities,  700kg of total accumulated load with 2kg per roller. 

We can put more product on the conveyor at a time, in a certain length, and power that with one motor. The Glide-Line Roller Chain conveyor can be configured down to the millimeter in width and length as well have multiple options for drive configurations. 

It’s a great addition to the Glide-Line product line! It’s the same premises as all our other products, very easy to configure and very flexible naturally. It ties right in with the existing product lines we offer, using the same accessories.

There are features in the roller chain that allow for smoother handling of pallets and products. The way it works is it’s truly a chain that has small rollers that allows the product to have very, very low friction and that enables it to accumulate heavier loads; so compared to a timing belt when you get the heavier loads if you try to do that on a timing belt it would have too much friction and it would most likely wear down the belt too fast. This is a popular solution where the products can become a lot heavier and the pallets then grow in size along with the weight.

The roller chain is configurable and easy to operate. These roller chain conveyors can be made as wide as we need, to accommodate the pallet size that you require.  It allows product movement of higher capacities that we haven’t been able to accommodate in the past.
