Glide-Line is customer service-focused. Customer service has always been a core value of Glide-Line. The premise was built on customer service.

Glide-Line was established because we had some difficult experiences, leading us to create a product line, so that is why it’s the backbone of our business model.  For example, when it comes to our lead times, they are unmatched. We can do a full system, sometimes conveyors in five weeks, a full system in 8 weeks. 

 

Our lead times are and ability to fully turn around a system in that amount of time are unheard of in the industry.  We offer pre-engineered solutions, that are built to be customizable so it won’t impact the lead times.  Our IMPACT! software really helps out with designing systems quickly. We can produce quotes a lot faster than our competitors.

 

We can accommodate design ideas that are outside of the box that our customers need or want. We are always willing to work with our customers, if it’s a custom solution we will bounce ideas back and forth, we will try to come up with the best option. If there is some aspect like a little bracket that's special or out of the ordinary we aren't afraid to take that on to help our customers and provide them the the right solution for their product movement requirement.

It's truly built into the foundation of making sure our customers see we are trying to be easy to work with and service the best we can. We have multiple team members who are always responding to emails timely and thoughtfully.  

 

The automation industry is not an easy thing, we make it a little easier with kind faces, friendly tones, and always willing to help you with anything you need. Additionally, we are growing as a company! We’ve added 30,000 sq/ft to our facility, taking the total floor space to 80,000sq/ft.  We’ve expanded our value-added service offerings.
