Glide-Line's Zero Contact Zoned Conveyor is a gentler, more reliable and energy efficient conveyor solution.
With traditional conveyors, there is often backpressure from upstream pallets, motors running continuously, unnecessary wear and tear on the entire system and continuously running the conveyors, which wastes energy. Glide-Line's Zero Contact Zoned Conveyor eliminates 100% of the backpressure caused by that accumulation - providing a gentler transfer of product, less chance of breakage due to the gentler transfer and a more energy-efficient conveyor due to the automatic powering off of the motors.
