See Glide-Line’s Automation Routines in Action at the Automate Show 2022

Posted by Tim Houck | Friday, May 27, 2022

At this year’s Automate show, you’ll hear from all the trailblazers, thought leaders, and game-changers like Glide-Line. You’ll also have a chance to see our solutions in action at Booth #2015 where we’ll show you (not just tell you) how our conveying systems help manufacturers automate direct product and pallet handling applications.

What to Expect at the Automate Show 2022?

Automate is North America’s premier event for all things automated and awe-inspiring. Major keynotes will give you the latest insights, and you can rub shoulders with experts who solve complex manufacturing problems every day. Held in the industrial heart of the United States, the show returns to Detroit and runs from June 6 - 9 at the Huntington Place Convention Center. If you want to see the awesome automation systems that define the fourth industrial revolution, register for your free attendance here.

Glide-Line Will Show You How to Automate

You’ll see our latest automation innovations at our booth in full flight for yourself. Our systems provide you with endless options to automate product handling and pallet moving tasks around your facility. This year, we’ll have our Zero Contact Zoned Conveyor, 360 system, DART Unit, VTUs, and rotators on show. Oh, and don’t forget the star of the show that makes automation easy, our Roller Chain Conveyors.

No Touching with Zero Contact Zoned Conveyors

The Zero Contact Zoned Conveyor eliminates product contact while gently moving products through the facility. It reduces damage and as we control each zone individually, eliminates backpressure traditionally caused by product accumulation.  Even better, these motors don’t need VFD’s (which nobody can seem to get right now!)

A 360 Boogie for Shuttles, Diverts, Merges, and Sorts

Check out a standard conveyor set-up that’s completely configurable according to your needs. Combine lifts, transfers, turns, and stack tasks with diverts, merges, sorts, and shuttles in one 360 automated conveyor system.

SnoopDrop and Rotate Transfer (DART) Like It’s Hot

If you need to drop and rotate to keep the party going, our DART unit is your best dance partner. Ideal for pallet and workpiece handling, the DART unit is entirely customizable to accommodate any of your applications without violating the space outside the conveyor strands.

Vertical Lifts and Rotates to Complete the Routine

Our Vertical Transfer Units (VTUs) and rotators end the routine by gently transferring products and pallets wherever they need to go. Completely configurable for any lift, rotate, or transfer requirements, you can use these customizable units for automated movements down to a millimeter of precision.

Join Glide-Line at the Automate Ball this June

While we like to party, there will be some serious discussions between the dances. We’ll show you how you can automate complex pallet and workpiece handling before joining you for some free food and drinks at this year’s Automate show.

If you’re too excited and can’t hide it until the Automate show, get in touch, and we’ll demonstrate how awesome our automation is today.

Glide-Line offers the most versatile multi-strand panel and pallet-handling solution available for the assembly automation industry.

We solve problems that other conveyor systems manufacturers won’t. We developed Glide-Line from the ground up with a few key, driving factors in mind. First, our conveyors had to be robust and reliable. Second, they would be simple – easy to maintain and service. Finally, we insisted on flexible configurability, creating an efficient, hassle-free customer experience. We’ve built the most versatile multi-strand panel and pallet-handling solution available for the assembly automation industry.
